Excelente, apartamento bien ubicado, espacioso, limpio y seguro, personal amable.
Es un aparthotel, si bien no cuenta con desayuno, te dan algo de cafe, azucar y tes, y una hermosa cocina para que te autogestiones. La psicina es hermosa, tiene un gimnasio muy hermoso, lavanderia, muchisima seguridad, caja fuerte para las cosas de valor y es muy muy limpio, las chicas llegan todas las mañanas a hacer una excelente limpieza. El personal es amable, muy amable, las chicas de recepción, los guardias y las chicas de limpieza. Esta muy cerca del centro, puedes ir caminando. Tienes al 30 metros un hotel para comer si deseas, y enfrente mismo un hermoso restaurante, lo que da muchas facilidades.
Nada, estuvo magnifico, no tengo quejas.

Great base for exploring downtown Nairobi and its environs
Norfolk Towers is an excellent base for exploring Nairobi. It's on a safe road near the Norfolk Hotel (taxis always out front), the University of Nairobi (smartly dressed students and faculty walking around), and the central police station. The National Museum, Snake Park, and Botanical Gardens are a short walk away, just behind the hotel, and I'd recommend visiting all three for at least half a day. The Norfolk Towers grounds are safe and quiet. The complex has a mix of apartments for residential living and rooms for rent, but I barely saw or heard the people who live there. My room was great: a full on studio apartment. The kitchen was perfect for my needs (making coffee or tea, preparing fruit) because I ate out downtown in great and cheap restaurants like Artcaffe, CJs, and Beirut. The walk to downtown takes about 10 minutes via a pedestrian bridge. The couch and TV were great for downtime. The bed was good but not great, but I slept well overall. The patio was a nice place to relax and to dry damp clothes. The staff were all kind and helpful. I looked forward to the smiles and banter with the guards at the gate, and the receptionists repeatedly met my various requests, such as for access to the conference room, where the wifi was strong. And the swimming pool! I picked the Norfok Towers in part because I lap swim and the pool is indeed 25 yards and great for a dip or a workout. I'm a tall guy who traveled alone and I felt very safe at the hotel and walking around downtown. This surprised me as I recall dire warnings from the 2000s about "Nairobbery" - when downtown was unsafe. Most of the bazungu now seem to congregate in the suburbs and not frequent downtown, but for those intrepid souls who want to experience a vibrant urban scene, I can't image a better place than Nairobi; it's certainly much cooler than Kampala and less menacing than Kigali. Check out the crazy art on the buses on Tom Mboya St. and Accra Road.
The wifi was weak in my room during the first week of my stay, but during the second week, the hotel upgraded its system and the access vastly improved in my room. (When it wasn't good, I could walk 30 seconds to reception and they let me use the conference room, with comfortable chairs and table, where the wifi was fast.)

Short stay at Norfolk Towers
Location and the room is superb. They have a swimming pool and gym that is accessible to guests. I am very happy with this.
There is no smart tv in the room I stayed. Therefore one cannot watch netflix and youtube while there. Also I forgot my coat and they did not bother to call me for it. When I followed up they said the coat is with Hospitality team. When I went to collect it the next morning on my way to airport they claimed that the hospitality team is not available at that moment. I had to make a purchase of a new travel coat. They had said they will advice me the next day when the hospitality team is available but upto now they have not. I fear somebody in the premises stole my coat and has kept it for themselves which is very wrong. Norfolk Towers, I still look forward to having my coat back please. Thanks.
